adopted rob falchis landing, worked well. changed to sprint spikes but still slow on runway. 1 of 6 fouls (but the furthest and least foul) -0.7 headwind very cold! big jump still got another 15cm in landing and poor cycle in air. but still a big jump. ps-trajkovski is pretty queer

christmas on a bike 2009
Matthias and Christoph go for a bike ride in Augarten, Vienna to send Christmas regards to their friends abroad. Historically it is very interesting, too.
